Pali (Almora). The annual ‘Late Laxman Singh Negi & Bhagirathi Negi Meritorious Student Award Scholarship’ program, started in the academic year 2021-22 at Government Inter College Pali with the objective of encouraging outstanding students, is being organized once again this year. For the past four years, meritorious students of the institution have been consistently benefiting from this scholarship.
This scholarship was instituted by retired Lieutenant Colonel Satendra Negi in memory of his late parents. During the program, students also present various cultural performances, which are enjoyed by villagers from nearby areas. These activities not only provide a joyful environment but also help in boosting the confidence and morale of participating students.
