Under the One Nation, One Election campaign of the Bharatiya Janata Party, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) organised a human chain programme to spread awareness among the general public. The objective of the programme was to convey the message that frequent elections hinder the country’s development, whereas the One Nation, One Election system would help conserve resources, ensure administrative stability, and strengthen democracy.
