Almora. A key organisational meeting under the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Booth Empowerment Campaign was held in Takula Mandal. BJP District President Mahesh Nayaal attended the meeting as the chief guest and briefed party workers on the campaign’s roadmap and upcoming organisational programmes.
Mahesh Nayaal said meetings are being organised across every mandal as part of the Booth Empowerment Campaign. After the mandal-level meetings, meetings will be held at Shakti Kendra level, followed by visits to individual booths for verification of booth committees.
He called upon party workers to participate actively and take the campaign forward with seriousness and dedication. He said strengthening the organisation at the booth level is essential for ensuring an effective grassroots structure.
Nayaal also highlighted welfare schemes and development initiatives being undertaken by the BJP government in Uttarakhand under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. He urged party workers to communicate information about government schemes and achievements to the public and assist eligible beneficiaries in accessing welfare programmes.
During the meeting, various responsibilities were assigned to office-bearers and workers for the upcoming Shakti Kendra meetings. The participants discussed ways to ensure that the Booth Empowerment Campaign reaches the grassroots effectively.
Mandal in-charge and BJP District Minister Manoj Joshi called upon workers to complete all party programmes at the Shakti Kendra and booth levels within the stipulated timeframe. He said the BJP is working to strengthen public confidence through the efforts of its dedicated workers and the implementation of welfare schemes.
Mandal President Jagdish Dangwal, who chaired the meeting, welcomed all office-bearers and workers and urged them to discharge their assigned responsibilities with dedication and sincerity.
The meeting concluded with a commitment to strengthen the organisation at the booth level, increase worker participation and take the government’s welfare schemes to the people.
