Ram Katha to Be Organised in Almora on January 4 Under the Auspices of S.R.V.M. Inter College, Dotiyal Village

A Ram Katha programme is being organised under the aegis of Dr. Leeladhar Bhatt S.R.V.M. Inter College, Dotiyal village, Takula. The religious and cultural event will be held on Sunday, January 4, starting at 11:30 a.m. at Hotel Shikhar, Almora.

The Ram Katha is being directed by the school’s Administrative Officer (Director – Vidyalaya Administration), Ms. Meenakshi Pathak. The programme is being organised with the guidance of the school President Dr. Vasudha Pant, Manager Mr. Mangal Singh Bist, and the dedicated efforts of the management committee.

A special attraction of the event will be the emotional and cultural performances by underprivileged, hardworking, and talented students of the school. These presentations will reflect rural talent, values, and spiritual discipline, offering a vivid glimpse of village culture and traditions.

The school management committee includes the active contribution of several retired and eminent personalities, including Dr. Gokul Singh Rawat, Mr. Suresh Pandey, Mr. C.L. Verma, Mr. L.M. Karnatak, Dr. Vinod Pandey, Managing Director of Hotel Shikhar Mr. Rajesh Bist, the institution’s senior-most and dedicated member Mrs. Lajja Pant, and Mr. Ganesh Dutt Bhatt.

It is noteworthy that the school is being run with the donations and support of a few enlightened and retired individuals.
